Took this regularly for 9 months straight to give it a fair chance. Noticed no difference in hair color, and if anything, I developed MORE gray and white in my hair and beard. I noticed that one of the main ingredients is He-Shou Wu (Fo-Ti) and it is a very small and ineffective percentage. There are much better, more pure forms, of He Shou Wu (Fo Ti) on the market (recommended ANIMA MUNDI APOTHECARY He Shou Wu). The other ingredients are just the same stuff you get in most basic hair supplement vitamins, and again, there are much better hair vitamins on the market. Save your money, these pills don't work.
