Can you use this for mouth devises for sleep apnea

Not sure what your devise is made of but my mouth guard I wear every night to prevent grinding I clean everyday using these tablets. They clean and disinfect and keep my guard white. If your devise is similar to a retainer or mouth guard I would try.

Is this an overnight cleaner

There are several Efferdent denture cleaner products. The Efferdent plus mint seems be intended for a short (5 minute) soak, but the package says that dentures can be left in overnight. My experience with that product was that leaving it overnight did no harm, but it didn't do much more good either. There is a product, Efferdent Overnight, that is intended to soak overnight, and it does a much better job of cleaning stuff off. That is what I now use.

Dilute sodium hypochlorite (i.e. a mild bleach) is the main constituent of several brands of denture cleanser. These denture cleaners may also contain a small amount of sodium perborate, which is banned in products sold in the EU. Hope this helps.

Retainer Care

I wish I had known about Efferdent sooner! As someone who's had braces and now wears a retainer daily, this has been a lifesaver. These tablets are amazing. Just drop one in water, soak for 15-20 mins, and the greeeeeky stuff comes off with a soft brush. No more stinky retainer! Cleans like new. I used it ONCE and was hooked. I use it every night now and it makes a huge difference. And the best part? It's super cheap for how much product you get. Worth every penny. If you have orthodontic appliances like me, get this.

These are good but I have an appliance, not dentures. So I leave them in the solution for a shorter period of time if I want to, seems fine to me.

Excellent for cleaning Invisalign aligners.

Works great cleaning Invisalign trays with ultrasonic cleaning machine in 3 minutes keeping them clear, without this solution the aligners will turn yellow with a bad smell.
