Tape -tastic TDK
These TDK tapes are excellent basic cassettes, nice crisp sounds. Great price and totally reliable. Going to get more.

Well wrapped, very clean, quick delivery and well made. Price appears normal for quality. However, a good machine is advisable to warrant this decent tape — buy this pronto.

Kassetten Demo
Leerkassetten brauch ich nicht oft. Manchmal aber dann doch. Als Musiker ein tolles Medium um ein Demo zu produzieren und zu veröffentlichen. Auch als kleine Auflage in Handarbeit. Hat super funktioniert.

Gute NOS - Kassette
Es ist schwierig, heute noch gute NOS-Kassetten zu bekommen (NOS = New old Stock). Über die TDK wird hier viel geschimpft. Klar, sie ist nur Typ I, was die meisten gar nicht mehr ansehen. Es muss schon eine Typ II (Chrome) oder Typ IV (Metall, heute kaum noch erschwinglich zu bekommen) sein. Ich muss hier mal eine Lanze für den Typ I brechen. Wenn man einige kleine Sachen beachtet, kann man auch damit hervorragende Aufnahmen machen. Das wichtigste ist, dass man den BIAS etwas ins Negative regelt bei der Bandeinmessung. Das ist schon das wichtigste. Ich habe diese TDK auf 4 Tapedecks getestet (JVC, Technics, Pioneer und Denon). Das beste Ergebnis erzielte ich mit meinem Denon DRM-710, welches auch das hochwertigste ist, aber auch mit meinem JVC und dem Pioneer war ich zufrieden. Natürlich ist diese Kassette keine TDK SA-X, aber sie ist durchaus brauchbar und noch zu einem einigermaßen "günstigen" Preis zu bekommen. Nimmt man sich Zeit für die Aufnahme, gelingen durchaus gute Aufnahmen. ich würde deshalb sagen, dass diese Kassette besser ist als ihr Ruf.
