Where could i purchase the reusable wicks?

Probably from the ner mitzvah website or a judaica store that carries net Mitzva candles

what is the diameter of the wicks?

not sure- but it comes with bulbs and you can order extas if you should need to.

Can this product be used with olive oil?

Yes, you can use it with olive oil.. make sure you buy the one's they sold on amazon for oil lamps or for shabbat

Why is it that my wick goes down and I have to move it from the bottom every week? It is getting to be a very short wick

It's not a permanent wick. You'r lucky you got yours with wicks. When I opened mine there were no wicks included and I would up throwing them out.

I am a collector and these are lovely!

Please understand that in a power outage mine is the home to be. Between candle holders and oil lamps I have on display at any given time nearly seventy out, these are a lovely addition… thank you!
