Let me start with the positives. The powder coating is nice and the platform has small (1/4 inch holes). I like that it has adjustable legs and head rest. When it arrived all the pieces we intact but it had a piece with a tongue that was supposed to go over another piece had sandwiched together a bit. We were able to bend it back and continue with assembly. The perforated metal that is tacked to the platform frame was not tacked welded in one the corners. It is welded in all of the other corners. It came with carabiners and a chain for the head rest but the chain was too small or the carabiners were too big. Either way we need to buy something else to make the head rest work. The instructions were a one step drawing with no explanation in terms of the order to complete the steps or when to use the different sized bolts. After we fix the the weld and the headrest I think we will like the stand. It is sturdy enough for our needs with 4-H animals but it would have been nice if these things were not a problem given this was $325 dollars. The materials is a thin/light metal. It is not heavy duty.

Item shipped to Illinois, then to Lexington Ky, then to Campbellsville Ky. 30 miles from my house within 3 days. Everything looked good on the shipping. Then I got a notice, said running late. It went to California for a few days then back to Illinois. Then back to Lexington Ky for two days. Then to Campbellsville Ky. I finally got it the next day. Package tore all to pieces, wrapped up in tape. Opened it. Instructions sucked. Good thing it’s pretty simple to figure out. Missing five bolts. Chain for the head catch does not hook on the frame and chain loops are too small to fit on the hook on the head catch. Platform is bent. Not a good experience with this product, supplier or UPS.

Well built and sturdy. Works great for our needs!
