These arrive in XL, I thought they’d definitely be too big for my 14 years daughter. They could fit me! But she tried on and they’re perfect. Suppose they’re very stretchy so can fit a lot of sizes. Great quality abs great colours. Daughter says really comfy abs loves them!

Though they’re predominantly cotton, there’s a slightly plasticky, almost threadbare feel to these knickers, that reminds me a little of a swimming costume. And despite the fact we got a ‘splice colours’ pack, the colour scheme is very anaemic- every colour is very pale and pastel. The result is a set of knickers that feel like they’ve been through many washes and become faded, even when they’re brand new. They lack the excitement of a colourful new pair of knickers. In other respects they’re fine though. My daughter couldn’t think of much to say about them. The elastic is comfortable, and they seem a reasonable fit for the advertised size. The shape is sensible and natural, not immodest or skimpy like some, and they are generally a bit unremarkable. Because of that though, I’m hard pushed to see a justification for the nineteen quid asking price for a pack of these, when a similar pack from a big supermarket would be about half the price, and when other brands on this site offer more colourful or comfortable pants around the same price. Three stars is perhaps a little harsh as they are decent enough pants, but I’ve knocked off one star for value and one star for the feel of the fabric.
