Really does a great job frothing - for a limited time. After 6 months bought a replacement in May 2023 - first one failed within 48 hours and received a replacement. Replacement worked for about 10 months - bought another which failed within 24 hours, received a replacement and it's failing within 2 weeks. Returning for a different brand. Same experience with all 5 units: Works great for a period of time (varies) then becomes sporadic. Initially, it works full speed. Then it becomes sporadic where it will spin at 30%, 50%, or 70%, sometimes it will go back to 100% if stopped and started, other times it won't. Eventually you'll need to manually spin by hand with power applied to get it to work at all. 5 units with same behavior, over 2 years, indicates either poor design or poor quality control (or both). Video shows typical performance of every one I've owned. @Manufacturer - I fixed the one I received a month ago. I've always thought there's an issue with the switch or electrical as this is a simple design. I took apart the one I have and found 2 issues that I corrected - 1. Spring tension for the switch is weak - I stretched the spring slightly 2. Spring tension for the motor contacts is also weak - I stretched both springs here as well This corrected the issues I've noticed -No start -Slow speeds -Inconsistent - some times runs at full speeds, sometimes slow, others not at all. With the simplicity of this design, this is likely a QC issue with your manufacturing partner.

I don't normally write reviews, however I can't not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks. But first, In review of the product itself, which is the 'Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand'. This is my first 'frother' purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA - not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This 'Executive' one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.) I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn't start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer 'Service' with other companies, I didn't really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive. My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family run business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours! I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. I would certainly also be comfortable gifting this item. Enjoy!

Such a handy and effortless way to quickly blend supplements. A great reasonable price for this tool makes it an easy choice. Works beautifully and easy to keep clean. Treat is with care to make it last.

Like most people, I have seen people make frothy coffee drinks using something like this. So about this product: when it works, it does great things. Blends iced coffee and froths milk nicely. When it works. The button is responsive half of the time. Many times when pressing the button to activate this mini blender it just does not work. Batteries are not the issue, I have tried three sets of brand new (and brand name) batteries. When it does work, the power is not always consistent. Some times it turns just enough to move the liquid, but far from actually blending or creating a froth. The only thing about this is that when it does work the way it is supposed to, it does a great job. I just cannot recommend because after ten uses, it is completely unpredictable.

This worked awesome for the first few weeks and then after a new change of batteries it’s been so slow and not working half the time. Bummer.

It’s great when it works but bad when it stops working after 5 months. This was my third one of the same exact item. I know it’s inexpensive and you get what you pay for but disappointing to have the motor burn out. I use it to blend protein powder in milk it doesn’t seem to be able to handle that for long.

Works well and gets the job done. Works best with duracell batteries. I use rechargeable batteries but it doesn't run as fast.

It was great tool for blending my morning coffee. Downside needed replacement 2 x AA batteries every month, depending on how often you use it. The nice feature is you can hold the blending power but it was only 1 speed. Then after 6 months, the thing broke down after swapping in fresh batteries.
