Simple to use. Works as advertised. I have only used it twice: once for a spinning reel - the line line loaded onto the reel evenly with very little twist; and the second time on a bait caster also evenly with no line twist issues.

Not so great.
Doesn't work like the ad video shows. It takes a lot of adjusting to get the tensions right. Found it easier to just to lock it and load without the spin.
