I am 60 years old and have been training for over 40 years including a stint of competitive bodybuilding. Been taking the product for about a month now and this is the second month I’ve been back in the gym. I can’t prove it of course but I’ve put on more muscle and lost more fat in the two months I’ve been back in the gym than I did in the previous 7 month stint I did in the gym last year. Double wood products are always a go for me. Every supplement works as expected or better in some cases than other brands I’ve noticed. Never felt like I was getting cheap qauilty with them, I still shop around to find better deals here and there, but am never disappointed with this company.

The first week I used this product, I felt hungry frequently. In the first month, I'd gained 5-7 pounds. My strength went up in bench, squat, deadlift, and overhead press. The gains were subtle and not like a steroid as some have stated--I was able to add a couple reps to certain weight amounts I'd been stuck on. However, for a product that is legal and relatively cheap, I think the results are quite good. Also, I had zero side effects except for the previously mentioned hunger. Will continue to purchase this product.

Don't waste your money on this stuff, I just threw out my bottle since I got no stimulating effects off this just a nasty tasting supplement. After taking prohormones for a few years I can tell quickly if a supplement is working or not. You're better off sticking to DHEA, tribulus terrestris, longjack, or even horny goat weed (which are all know to work); you will get a little bump in your testosterone and will cost you less.

Not sure of it would be the same for everyone but I will speak of my experience as 43 year old Man. I have been on about three weeks now. First couple of days felt better with recovery already even some discomfort in my elbow began to go away. Strength has gone up and even though my weight hast increased belly fat has gone down. Its worth noting that 500mg did not feel good to me first few days so I reduced to lower dosage 250mg (1 cap) and still have the results mentioned previously. Also I do stack with other supps I read go well with Ecdysterone. I take it in the morning with Pre kaged Sport pre workout, 1500 mg of kre alkylyn, green tea extract, Ginseng & BCAAs . My wife has noticed the difference as well so I am not delusional lol. I hope this helps
