Very good customer service, which resolved issues.
I like this brand (was formerly Maxkare) so bought this because of brand reliability. At first I was happy with it, except for the fleece material which is not soft at all. It's scratchy and rough. You can see, in the pic, raised fibres which almost feel as if they're burnt. I contacted the seller who said it's normal, and not a defect. That was disappointing as I prefer the comfort of soft fleece. But on day three an alarming development, the thermostat stopped working. I'd have it on setting 2 and it'd heat up to the equivalent of setting 5 or 6. This is worrying as the highest setting is quite hot, and an unreliable controller does make me worry about safety.Edit: the seller got in touch. They were concerned to hear about my experience and offered a full refund. This suggests the brand's high quality remains as they clearly were troubled to hear about issues and rectified it immediately. Will be happy to order a replacement.
