So it clearly improves cognitive function. I went out seeking a smaller dose for my child who struggles with ADHD and I noticed a huge difference. If you have a child with ADHD, you know they happen to make a 20 minute task into a 2 hour struggle. While being on this, he was able to improve his focus tremendously and get his work done without the extra time struggle! I will include, that we do have to take most sugars out of his diet for it to be the most effective. But at least there is hope out there for parents that are in a similar situation!
