Item description did not say replacement.’it was named online as the entire bed with insert. It’s unfortunate as we purchased the entire bed with insert before and we were very happy with it. Puppy loved it. I didn’t hear back from seller that item came without memory foam insert.

Replacement cover is exactly the same as the original. It also comes with a new plastic zippered liner. We purchased the original bed sin 2019, so it held up very well against our dog scratching it before getting comfy ;)

I am having a tough time inserting my old "noodle" thing- that makes for a bumper of sorts; the noodle/worm part is too fat for the zippered trough, and I feel it may take a helper to finish zipping it in. Also, I can't figure out what the plastic cover is for, and how to use it. You guys probably know- there is a "this side up" sticker on it, and I can't figure out why.
