Mixed Feelings
I love this journal and I also hate it. I wish it was just a teeny bit less structured than it is with a teensy bit more space to free write. Some of the prompts are really great and helpful. Others are so involved you have to devote 15 min to just start thinking about it. This makes it hard for me to get in the habit of actually journaling because the whole point was for it to be quick and easy. I find using this in conjunction with a blank notebook works best.The copy I received also had a bent top right corner which completely ruined the aesthetic for me.
