How long does it last once opened? (Best by xx time after opening)

I am not exactly sure. In the second gallon bottle I bought it have 128 day supply. It also has REV/2017 and not sure what that means either. Tried looking that uo, nothing. I do know that after a month of use, both of my horses have improved ALOT. One with stifle arthritis, no longer drags her back leg. My other, age 25 with bad front knee arthritis, walks alot better, even likes trotting on cooler days. They have both improved, and I am slowly giving less and less Equinox that I had them on. I store mine inside my house for temp control. Totally pleased. I also saw somewhere online, that a different brand stated 18 month expiration. Thats All I know.

Does the gallon bottle come with a pump?
