I like this book, it has a lot of different Mexican dishes to offer. A wide variety of dishes, and this book makes it simple if you've never cooked Mexican before. Learn what real Mexican food is supposed to taste like, not what you think it should. Try this book, I like it, and so will you.

this cookbook is without a doubt one of the BEST EVER. It is full of useful information about everything from ingredients, types of cheeses, techniques, and recipes are conveniently labeled 'kid friendly' 'crowd pleasing' 'gluten free' etc. In many cookbooks, I will only find a few usable recipes, and the rest I won't bother with. This cookbook as SO MANY great recipes that are indeed easy that I am thrilled, and I have been a mexican food home chef for years! Thank you for this cookbook, and I highly recommend it. No photos and hard to find ingredients. If you don't know what the dish should look like, it's hard to put it together. And recipes call for some ingredients that I can't find in our store. Otherwise, lots of interesting and possibly delicious recipes if you already know about Mexican food.

I have located this item. I had reported it as not delivered. Seems like a great cookbook. I have read but not used it yet. I'm sure that I will get a lot of use from it as I love Mexican food.

Bad cookbook, false description. This cookbook does not contain any images for it recipes. Very disappointed

I suspect I know how this book came about. Somebody googled sixty Mexican recipes and copied and pasted them into a layout. The recipes I have made so far aren't even as good as the standard versions, and take absolutely ages to do. Save yourself £11.33 and just google recipes yourself.

Too many recipes rely on canned or packaged foods that I can't buy in my area (Ontario).
