Verizon service center and number refuse everyone's request to unlock!! how do i unlock this????

I had to log on to my internet verizon account, do live chat, and have an agent do it for me.

Verizon is saying mine is locked. Have not figured out how to contact seller.

My phone overheats, when charging and is hot to the touch. Why is this happening?

I don't charge mine but half way or 75% it doesn't get hot
