Had a leak under our master bathroom vanity. They had to rip up the floor and throw the vanity out. Have had the fan going for over a week with baking soda and vinegar down but the smell still was present 3 weeks later! Finally found this. It’s expensive so I was hesitant that it wouldn’t work but purchased it because i just couldn’t take the smell anymore and nothing else was working. I’m so glad I did! The smell is completely gone!!!! Finally!!!! Not going to lie, I was doubtful but it honestly does do what it says it will do.

It worked for the smell. I had to use it a few times however. We used it in a bedroom, hallway, basement, and attic.

I have used this product for multiple purposes and CAN not say enough. My garage had mold and we COULD not get them smell out. I put this stuff all over the ceilings and walls with the fogger and the smell was gone and never came back. I used it inside our home in a pocket door that had water damage and it literally got in the crevices and knocked the musty mildew /mold smell out. I would buy it 100 times again! Worth every single penny. The only complaint is one of the bottles didn't work right. I contacted the company and they sent me another bottle within a few days! So really not even a complaint, another compliment.

I tested this by using two bottles, one completely emptied near the air conditioner intake over about 10 minutes (the fog was all inhaled by the intake), and one used gratuitously in an area where we had experienced the mold problems. Not only did I fog the entire room, but I also made sure I pointed the fog into all of the little nooks and crannies and emptied the bottle in a space no greater than 100 square-foot. After doing this, I tested again for mold the next day and one week later, and both tests came back with results that were no better than before I used this. There was black mold, blue penicillin mold, white and pink aspergillus, and one that was kind of grayish green. All of the same species appeared afterward, meaning none of them were affected. This fogger does nothing.

Beside the “secret” formula so you don’t really know what is it. I used it in air ducts, after been professionally cleaned and sealed and inside small cabinets. Any smell will come back in few days, no matter how much or how well you use this product.

I've been trying to get rid of mold / mildew smell in home I bought 3 years ago. After cleaning everything I could and installing dehumidifiers I was able to get rid of 75% of the smell but could not get rid of it all. I used this product one day when the family had several hours of errands. Kicked the dogs and cats out of the house, pulled HVAC filters, put the can under the HVAC intake in hall way, let fan run, and opened the fogger. Came home hours later to a house that no longer smells like mildew! Worked great. I am getting another one to treat once more for good measure.
