Works great in my raised beds. Makes weeding easy in your raised bed. Has a nice rubber grip on the handle that's comfortable and provides a good grip even when wet and dirty. Cuts thru the weed's roots going forward or backward. Not meant for use in very heavy soils but in typical garden soil they work excellent. Because you can cut the roots 2" under the surface it makes it harder for them to grow back than just nipping them off at the surface. I hate to sound too odd, but I enjoy the sound it makes as it cuts thru the roots of any weeds in my garden.

I’ll be buying another one of these. It’s great for weeding and lightening the soil for planting. You can get good leverage with the shorter handle to tackle harder souls. Well constructed. I love a good tool!

This works like a dream in my backyard. It gets deep enough in the dirt that it pulls most of the weeds up by themselves. I have some larger weeds with thicker stems that it made easier to pull them up myself, as well. It's sturdy and has a nice grippy handle to it. Would definitely recommend this little tool.

I have a bad back and my full size of this same welder is just too hard for me to use anymore. I have to sit on a stool to weed, so tried this smaller version. It honestly is pretty good. In some places or with some weeds my hands still work better, but this does do what it should and has been somewhat helpful.

I bought this to weed around my tomato plants and other vegetables. I wasn’t sure exactly what kind of weeder to purchase but this seems to work great to keep up with the tiny weeds that come up on a daily basis. You don’t have to even really pick anything out of the soil if the weeds are small enough. The size is good to get around my tomato plants that I have planted a little closer than recommended in order to fit more in. I haven’t tried to use it on more established weeds, but I imagine it would work well. The grip on the handle could be secured a little better, but I don’t think it impacts usefulness at all.

Love this thing! I have alot of gardens & like to keep the "trench" around them neat & clean from grass growing into them. I have the 50" on that I've used for years, but since I'm usually sitting on the ground working on my edging, this shorter one is my complete go-to. I use it edge while I'm sitting and also into the gardens to work the soil around my plants. Wouldn't be without this 14" stirrup hoe! Very durable & handy.

When you're getting older and are weeding on your hands and knees this tool works wonderfully. I have a long handled one too that's great if you're standing.

I love the size however it doesn’t work for nada. It’s not sharp or no teeth to pull anything out of ground like the regular size. Now I have to sharpen it myself to make it work

Perfect for disrupting weed roots around veggies. The longer stirrup hoe is better for wider spaces but this one lets me get up close and personal to remove around turnips, onions, under bushier plants, etc.

Das ist tatsächlich die erste Gartenhacke, mit der ich wirklich zufrieden bin. Mit ihr lässt sich das Unkraut sehr leicht lockern und meistens gleich mit der Wurzel entfernen. Dadurch wächst es deutlich langsamer nach und die Arbeit geht viel schneller von der Hand. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass Unkrautjäten einmal Spaß machen könnte, aber mit dieser Hacke ist es tatsächlich so. Sie arbeitet effektiv, liegt gut in der Hand und erleichtert die Gartenarbeit enorm.

I was clearing a large patch of grass and weeds as a veg bed. I generally put cardboard down on an area to suppress any growth. But this tool is ideal to clear and level such an area very quickly before the cardboard goes down. Highly recommended, but it obviously only clears the top of the weeds not the roots. Perfect for what I want to do. 👍

Worked awesome. Seemed tough enough to take to hard dirt. Made weeding so much easier. Still have to hand pick weeds right close to veggies but could go all along the edge with this and get them roots and all.

Does what it says on the tin. Sturdy, efficient and the blade small enough to just whizz between your plants to get weeds but miss the plants for me worth every penny
