Phone itself is good, poor ringtone choices and ethernet passthrough is only 10/100. No Gigabit for something that is a current and newer product.

Doesn't work, and they will charge you more money for troubleshooting. Unable to cancel monthly charge from their website AND they up-charged for the service, quoting $20 per month and charged me $31. Dont bother with this company.

The desk phone does not work with the Ooma Telo. I contacted Ooma customer service and they do not have any suggestions. The Ooma Telo hand sets work perfect, great system. This phone is not compatible with the rest of the system. Amazon show this phone as a suggestion to go with the Telo system.

Couldn’t get it to work

Shipping and receiving is no problem Set up is almost impossible, or seems to be Two knowledgeable office staff along with ooma support spent 4 to 5 hours, trying to set up the phone after 4 to 5 hours. We were no closer to having any phone service then when we began . We agreed to give up and we sent it back. Tech-support and the manuals given with the equipment and offered to us through their support we’re of no help there are no diagrams, explaining buttons, or what to push, it was impossible to set up The tech-support seemed unfamiliar with the equipment, could not explain where any buttons were that we were supposed to be looking for, and seemed from their instructions like they were looking at different information than they were offering us. ooma support seemed untrained or poorly trained or improperly equipped to assist The manual That came with the equipment were general instructions apparently for the phone, but they showed a phone that was not the same phone we received This was one of the worst experiences with technology and support I’ve ever experienced I would not recommend this equipment after further research I found out through our Internet provider we could get similar equipment for even less money per month. And they provide full installation Thank you.

It didn't come with the registration code so I haven't been able to connect it to my Ooma account

UPDATE: handset does not work for incoming calls, dead air is heard. If answering via speaker, not an issue, but can't have a private phone call when need with the latter making this phone unusable Considering it is a basic office phone, it works great and delivers on the core elements you expect in a phone. Clear display, quality sound including mic and speaker, good build quality and buttons, grippy base combined with the relaxed phone coil means the base will stay put.

+Overall good build quality. +Good audio quality. + Very easy to install. +Works as advertised. -It feels a bit light weight. One can drag the phone along when he pulls the handset is pulled beyond the cable coil. Not a deal breaker though. -The LCD screen could be a bit brighter.
