I loved it , super useful looks very modern and can go with any decoration, put one in each bathroom. Helps me save a lot of money just buying refills instead of the bottles all the time and also is good for the environment

I bought these to replace foaming soap dispensers for all my sinks. I have made my own foaming soap for years. My go-to ratios are: 1 part dish detergent to 4 parts of water, and 50/50, liquid hand soap and water. I haven't been using these long, so durability is still an unknown factor, but they weren't really that expensive. I had one brand, made in Canada, that lasted more than 10 years. Keeping fingers crossed for these. Hopefully they will last longer than they have for some reviewers, but it seems to me that none have the quality that they used to. I have used many different shapes of foaming dispensers, too. For me, round ones are a whole lot more stable than oval or square shaped containers, and these have a 2.75" diameter base so it is very stable.. I appreciate the fact that they contain a lot more product than some of the other ones I considered. Other dispensers only contain around 8 ounces. That isn't much more liquid than a normal cup of coffee is, and it won't last long around here. Refilling them is not difficult... just don't want to run out frequently. I don't have a problem that they are glass. No kids here now and the countertops are stable. The glass containers are heavier so they don't scoot around or fall over when half empty, like the plastic ones often do. I have no problem with the plastic top and pump mechanism. Metal tops on dispensers seem to corrode and look ugly really quickly. This dispenser looks like a good choice.

The pumps do not last more than a year of regular use. I bought one of the 2-packs and one pump failed within 10 months. They were cheap enough, so I bought another 2-pack. Less than a year later we are down to one working pump. I do not recommend.

We recently moved to as many non-toxic products as possible in our home. I was disappointed to find out the hand soap I was using, which was marketed as a healthy/non-toxic brand, was not at all non-toxic. I decided to start making my own foaming hand soap using castile soap, and I have never been happier. These glass dispensers are very sturdy and the pumps function well. Other dispensers I've had in the past had very flimsy pumps that snapped or broke after a few uses, but these are well made and super durable. I love the weight of the glass...they don't feel like they are going to fall apart or break if they tumble off the counter by accident. Really happy with this purchase - we got one for every sink in the house!

The product has/is serving its purpose, however, over a period of time the pump seems to constantly clog. Here are some simple solutions. How to Prevent / Fix a Clogged Foam Pump • Flush with warm water. Remove the pump, soak it in warm (not boiling) water, then repeatedly prime/pump it to push water through. This loosens soap residue or dried soap inside the nozzle or mesh.  • Use soap that’s thin enough (or dilute it). Foaming pumps work by mixing soap with air — thick soaps or those with heavy oils/glycerin can clog the tiny mesh/nozzle. If needed, dilute with water according to manufacturer’s instructions.  • Clean the internal mesh or valve occasionally. Many foam pumps have a small internal mesh or screen that mixes air into the soap; if this gets gummed up, the pump will stop working. Gently remove and rinse or brush it under warm water.  • Avoid letting soap dry in the nozzle. If the dispenser sits unused for a while, leftover soap in the nozzle can dry and block flow. Rinse before long periods of non-use or use more frequently.  If after cleaning and flushing the pump still fails — or if it’s a cheap plastic pump nearing the end of its life — replacing the pump is often the most reliable solution.

I bought a set over the summer and they had the thick glass bottom. Ordered another set and they were thin, did not have the thick glass bottoms and the pump tube stopped short of over 1/4 inch from touching the bottom of the jar. Then thought this was a fluke so I ordered another set and the same quality arrived. The description is just no longer accurate. The dispenser on the left is the first one I bought and the one on the right is like the last two sets I purchased. I will definitely be sending these back.

I liked them while they lasted, however within 9 months they both stopped working.

Perfect size to use the B&BW foam refills AND they're NOT plastic but glass.

Pump stopped working after 2 weeks. I was told they would send me a new one however that was weeks ago and still have received it. Not impressed for the price or the customer service.
