I bought 3 of this Helmet for me and my kids, it was so comfortable and nice looking and good function, we like it too much, Also the seller have a good service with the delivery.

Used for 4 weeks 1. Lights not visible in daytime , even at night its not bright enough to be noticed by other road users and still have to use your arm to get noticed. 2. Connection with remote. Unless the livall app is in front or in second position behind like google maps on your phone the indicators will not work, unless they put a floating widget above other apps, i cant tell if the helmet is signalling when i press the button. 3. Build quality... the charging and powerbutton box housing in the back is'nt securely glued in... it can can be pulled off exposing the circuits. 4. the Good... Stands out when the lights are on... you will get compliments from strangers. 5. Fitting... Does not have a magnetic clip... the red neck strap needs constant adjustment with the neck cushion being difficult to out back on so i threw it away and left the excess hanging.

The helmet itself was is really nice lights are nice and bright and is a good fit the one major drawback is the battery life for the remote for controlling the indicators im going through a battery a week the remote is supposed to go into a standby mode when not being used but constantly try to connect to helmet, wish i kept bix so i could return it

Looks great when you first get it - my son uses it for school and hasn’t had the chance to use the lights as yet - and never will as the battery unit just fell out of the helmet back section where it looks like the glue to hold it has failed. He also complains that it’s uncomfortable.

I love this Helmet, it's full of safety features, looks amazing and the colour is fabulous, definitely worth the money

Had bad blue tooth experience with App not connecting to helmet sent back to amazon for refund the helmet is well made and very comfortable

I bought the helmet because the previous one fulfilled the request. The EVO21 connection with the app is no issue and is quickly made. The bike handle control had an empty button cell battery. Unfortunately with a new button cell battery no audio connection can be made between iPhone and helmet. Also indicators on helmet do not work. And the button cell battery is empty within two hours. Reported the problem to Livall support and aftersales and they cannot fix it. Livall Aftersales tell me that Amazon should fix the problem. The failure is a product issue and you cannot expect Amazon to have a technical department for each product they sell. So since Livall cannot solve its own problem I decided never to buy a Livall again.

Item was delivery very quickly. And was very well-packed. Though must temper expectations abit. The front lights is bright enough more for others to see you i.e. for you to be visible to other road users and not so much for brightening a dark patch of road/trail. As for the turn indicator lights they r good to have, but when used in the day time, they may not be so clearly visible if one also has the back light turned on especially at certain angles and also depending on the sunlight. Overall, very satisfied with the product and it's also aesthetically well-desgined. Would hv bought another if there was the "L" size but sadly only the "L" size was available across all the colour options.
