Best Maid seems to be one of the last companies to make a plain dill pickles. These are good.

I am editing this on 10/25 after my original review was proven wrong. The first 4 pickles out of the gallon were mushy and weird, but the remainder of the gallon is perfectly fine. Seller had quick shipping, and the pickles are delicious as usual. My apologies to the seller for not finishing the gallon before judging. Old review I WAS WRONG! Best Maid pickles are some of the best pickles ever. They’ve got an amazing flavor. The jumbos aren’t super crunchy, but they usually retain most of their crunch to make their passable. The flavor makes up for it… usually. I’m not sure how old these pickles are or where they’ve been stored, but they’re pure mush. The flavor is still good, but I wasted almost right over $20 on a gallons of pickles because they’re not even edible. They are quite literally pure mush. Absolutely vile.

Gift to my daughter who loves pickles. She said they are soft not crisp and have a very funny taste. She described it as a dusty old taste. So maybe stored at a warm temp or sit to long before selling them.

They’re here! The first attempt had a delay and did not show up. Amazon gave me a refund and I reordered right away. The pickles showed up the next day sealed and packaged well, no leaks. They first pickle I grabbed out had split, I cut off under an inch and enjoyed it immediately after arrival. The taste is salty, the texture is cruchy and juicy, and I would say they were fresh. Value wise I would say these comparable to the individual pickles in the store. The only large jars I can find around here are Mt. Olive or Vlassic and I don't care for those. I was looking for something similar to the ones I used to get at Costco. These are not that, but they are delicious! Thank you giant pickle makers!!!!

These were not the sour pickles, but just the normal dill. They are SOUR so I can only imagine what the sour ones must be like, but I like sour, so I am pleased. The pickles are very large. Takes me a couple hours to consume.

I love pickles and these are the best pickle I have found in a long time. I have ordered them 3 times already and now have my friends ordering them as well.
