Vangoddy El Prado 3-in-1 13" 14 inch Laptop Messenger Bag Backpack (Orange Black)

I just returned from a 2 city, 2.5 week trip and this bag was amazing! It held my MacBook Pro, large iPad Pro, kindle, three notebooks and my wallet and keys. I got so many compliments. So versatile. So great (especially for the price!)

I love that this is a nice-looking bag with a fair amount of storage made od durable stuff. But the biggest bonus for me is the ability to use it as a backpack, shoulder bag, or briefcase. I keep all three options attached like a crazy person and am happy this supports my naturally chaotic state.

Exactly what my son needed and wanted. The perfect size for taking his laptop back and forth to work.

I like the versatility of this bag. Backpack, messenger both work well. I primarily use backpack. I bought in April one year ago and now the backpack strap is starting to tear away from the bag. Not too happy about that, thought the bag would last longer.

Worth the $20 dollars I payed for sure. Protective and all the compartments come in handy.

This easily converts to a backpack and back to a shoulder bag, My iPad fits easily in one pocket. I only wish the material was less cheap looking.

I really hate to write one star reviews. When I received this item I was really hoping that VanGoddy was going to be an affordable price for a laptop case that would protect my laptop investment.I take all my reviews seriously so please understand that I am being honest in my case against this case. First of all, it does not feel like high quality material as stated by the company. There is about 6 mm of space between the protected side-wall and bottom portion of the laptop. If this were to accidentally fall over off a table or from your shoulder there would be tremendous shock done to your system. Putting a towel around your laptop would provide more protection than this case.I understand that if you are a careful person and don't throw your bag around that this will suit your needs for CARRYING the laptop, though this is not meant to protect simply transport without protection. It is a shame since I did a lot of research and this bag is presented in the picture as having enough protection. When it came in the package it was almost flattened which means the integrity of the case is not something I would trust since it is so flimsy.The bag has ingenuity behind the 3-in-1 method of transport, but that is all it has going for it. There is no padding whatsoever or reinforcement behind the structural integrity of the bag. I will be going to a leather bag and dishing out more money. I need something that will protect the laptop in case of an accident.

The inner pouch for the Surface Pro 4 is snug. I have to remove the pen to put it in. But it fits great with pen by putting it in the pouch.Tried a colleagues 12" Lenovo and it just fits too.I was a little upset at first because, unlike most bags I've had, the laptop section is in the middle, not the back. But after using it for a while, it makes sense and is ok. Putting the utility section (that opens right up, allows for more expansion.Haven't yet needed to try as a backpack yet, but it is really well built, one of the best ones I've had so far.Narrow enough that I don't feel like I'm cramping space with the person next to me on the bus.The only thing I'd like to have is a pouch for my Contigo coffee cup that I can slide on the shoulder or backpack strap (although I can fit it inside).
