This CPAP hose fits securely with my machine and connected accessories, with no issues during setup. The tubing feels durable yet flexible, making it easy to position without kinking or pulling loose overnight. Airflow has been consistent, and I have not noticed any leaks during use. The 6-foot length provides enough reach for comfortable movement while sleeping. Overall, it works well as a straightforward replacement CPAP hose.

I have an Air Sense 11 and my supplier recently sent a new climate line hose that wasn’t working as well. I was waking up tired and not feeling well. I thought I was getting sick and then when I went to clean the hose I realized that it had a tear (I’d only had it and been using it for 7 days!) and I immediately realized that was my issue. I couldn’t get a replacement same day from my supplier so I came to look for something here and found this. It’s not a climate line but I just wanted something that would get me the needed therapy until I could get a replacement. I received the item quickly and was happy to see that it was compatible with my machine! That night I hooked myself up and hoped for the best. Immediately I noticed that the air coming from this tube seemed much stronger than the one from my previous hoses. The diameter is wider so that made sense. I went to sleep and wondered if I would notice the lack of heated air. The next morning I woke up and my nose was dry! I woke up naturally after 6 hours and felt rested for the first time in more than a week! My previous three hoses (so for the last 6+ months) have been driving me nuts! No matter how I adjusted my settings, I was waking up with a wet nose and water in my nose mask. I had my machine checked and it wasn’t that. After almost a week of using this hose I now realize that I wasn’t getting sick and I’ve likely had not been receiving adequate therapy for months! For the price, this is such a great product! It functions much better than my more expensive hose. I just cleaned it and because it’s wider I felt it was easier to clean and get dry. I am ordering another one to have as a backup and am not sure that I’d go back to the climate line as I think those are not as effective.

The hose itself is quite stiff but overall very sturdy and can handle being moved around. It's as long as it says it is, which is the perfect length for me next to my bed. I had no issues with smell upon taking it out of the package. No leakage from the hose either. Over all it's great, it's just a bit stiffer than expected.

Fits Phillips dream weaver 2. Works like it should and fits my machine and mask without adapters. Only been using it for a couple of weeks but has been working fine. No issues while cleaning it either.
