No replacement facility, seller will denied, please don't purchase this product from goldbird store.
Don't buy this product from goldbird store, they sent me broken product and goldbird store denied for replacement after 7 days at the end of product replacement day which was finalised by amazon when I tried to replace because they mentioned replacement facility. Even amazon executive or customer service agent had diplomatic response. So I have no idea product is good or bad because I never used. This happened with me multiple time, and amazon said what we can do now because this happened from seller side, so my question is why amazon gave permission to write "Replacement" under product. Yes amazon always helped me in refund process always, but what about that time i spent with amazon. I could purchase same item through blinkit, Instamart and Bigbasket. They can deliver same item in 15 to 30 minutes. I chose amazon because i love to purchase things from amazon.

Made my life very easy.

Flimsy built & Misleading warranty
The machine worked fine for a month then started leaking. The customer care took 15 days to replace a damaged silicon coated pipe and charged me for it. The machine is supposed to be under 2 year warranty, but I was told warranty excludes plastic and rubber parts. The machine is all plastic and rubber, so the warranty is of little use.

Reasonable Coffe Machine
This is the best & reasonable coffee machine I had purchased, it's handy & makes 3-4 cups of coffee at a time. Only drawback is the glass cup is not of not good quality may damaged of used carelessly!!!
