I like the outstanding quality of sound on these units. JBL sound has certainly kicked that into touch. It serves your phone, your music and even gives you FM Radio. Excellent bit of kit. Downside:- I got stung with Custom charge as the unit came from Austria. So check your delivery options before clicking that checkout button.

Not really used intercoms before. The reconnecting feature for these should make them the absolute minimum level of entry of you are thinking about it. They were easy to set up and managed to get the pair of them updated and ready to go in a short time. Fitting these to a helmet isn't always the easiest thing, if I was to criticise this step I'd say the clips are fiddly and the mic part of the cabling is too short. Battery life is great, bonkers really. After all the messing about and a 3 hour+ ride over honnister pass in the lake district they had over 75%. Sound quality isn't amazing when using for music, despite the JBL speakers it is still tinny. The speakers are a lot thicker than I'd have liked too, beware about thinking of switching them out, the price of the standard ones are £69, making them 1/3 the cost of each headset. Make sure you set up your phone to accept commands when the screen is locked to get the most out of your phones digital assistant. Lastly I can't pause and then play music for some reason, may just be me

Followed all instructions, cleaned my helmet with the supplies alcohol wipes on area unit was to be fitted, installation was straight forward. Left for 24hours before using after i attached with the 2 sided tape supplied. Unit fell off while I was out riding, held on my helmet with just wires, very dangerous. 4 mics came with the set, 2 for open face helmet, and 2 for full face, the 2 full face mics stopped working within 1 week With 2 broken mics and a unit that detaches from its cradle in the wind, I decided to send back to amazon for a refund Removing from the helmet to return, one of the ear pieces broke in my hand while removing with little force. The cradle attached to my helmet that the unit sits in can not be sent back because it stuck to the helmet so firmly, just a shame the unit its self won't stay in the cradle Currently awaiting a refund by amazon Would not buy this product again

O produto é sensacional, som de altíssima qualidade, intercomunicador preciso, o volume aumenta gradativamente quando a velocidade sobe. O ponto negativo, de fato é o seu alto valor de aquisição, muito mais sobre as opções disponibilizadas no mercado (Ex: V6)

Worked correctly immediately and does what the company literature states. I had the SENA Outrush helmet with built in electronics etc, but the VOX voice command system would not operate and there is plenty of data in various forums validating this ubiquitous and seemingly unresolvable problem too. The JBL speakers are outstanding and fit well into both of my helmets-Bell Mag 9 and Shoei RJ. I can make calls, receive calls, switch from intercom to music to phone calls with no hassles at all. And the quality of sound from the speakers is way better than I expected-despite my using open faced helmets. I am not disparaging SENA as I have only had their one product which came built into their own branded helmet, but this CARDO 2X Freecom is marvellous technology at at fair price. Recommended product for sure.

Je n'ai pas encore essayé en duo mais en solo je trouve l'installation facile, le son est bon musique comme navigation. L'autonomie aussi est bonne. Vraiment très pratique, je recommande. On trouve facilement sur internet un kit de rafraîchissement si on veut réinstaller sur un deuxième casque
