Ouai Medium Conditioner Refill Pouch. Strengthening Keratin, Nourishing Babassu and Coconut Oils and Kumquat Extract Leave Hair Hydrated, Shiny and Smooth

First time it was amazing. Second time it wasnt. Not sure what was the problem. the problem with a storage (i live in dubai) or something else.

This is a good conditioner!

This conditioner is on par if not better then many of the professional salon products. Not only is the fragrance nice, my hair is softer, less frizzy and easier to manage. I have natural curly hair that can be dry as I swim 3x a week. A little goes a long way. The bottle could be bigger but it's a product I will continue to use. My hair stylist said this was a great product to use and the owner used to work with some big Hollywood celebrity but branched out on her own.

I love this brand. It may be a little pricey, but you get great hair care, so I think it is well worth it. My hair is soft and shiny and despite it having been bleached and colored it is looking very healthy. I love these refills too. I was able to reuse an old body-wash bottle for it, and the bag had way more than that entire bottle. For my fine hair, this is perfect, and I never have to brush after a shower because it completely untangles it. This stuff also smells divine without being insanely overpowering.

For years was looking to find good hair product for my brittle and naturally frizzy hair. And this conditioner (I also use the shampoo from OUAI) is my saving grace. It leaves my hair so shiny, very soft , super hydrated, frizz fee and smells amazing. Love that it comes in bulk packaging. It saves me some money, cause product is not cheep. But let me tell you - it’s money well spent! You will jut regret it
