I read an article about the benefits of saffron for people with ADHD. My son is autistic with ADHD traits so we thought we'd give it a go! It took about a week to notice any difference but they definitely seem to be helping him to stay calmer. My husband and I have hectic work/lives and have also started taking them and we have also found that we feel less stressed/anxious. I now have these on subscribe and save.

I initially purchased these for my son who has ADHD and suffers with anxiety and poor sleep. He didn’t want to start chemical anti-depressants (SSRI’s) and having read the research on saffron in relation to having the same outcome as ssri meds without the side effects I thought it was worth a try. I’m medical myself so I like to base my decisions on science and research. I expected them to take a few weeks to make any improvements but was shocked to see a noticeable difference within a few days. My son reported a significant improvement in levels of anxiety along with better sleep. This continued improving over the first month so I gave them a try myself, having struggled with low mood and lack of motivation. Again within a few days I felt noticeably better. I feel calmer, happier, more resilient and my sleep has improved. I initially felt a bit sleepy through the day so started to take them in the evening rather than in the morning which works perfectly. I did try a cheaper brand which did not have the result this product has had. The only reason this has lost a star for me is the price. This is £20 for 30 tabs. The daily dose is 2 capsules so one small bag last a month. With both of us taking it that’s £40 a month (cheaper if you subscribe or buy the larger pack) which is a significant expense. However, for me it’s a price I’m happy to pay for the improvements my son and I have experienced. My review does not constitute medical advice, only my own experience. Really good quantity of Saffron in these. I have definitely felt a more balance mood and my sleep is consistently very good, so would recommend. The science behind saffron is really promising for promoting a good mood!

This product does all that it promises. This is my third batch! It has truly helped regulate my stress. I take it at bedtime and found it has really helped my sleep. I no longer wake in the night.

I love this formulation! It’s natural and really helps me calm down. Only gave 4 stars as it’s expensive for what it is.

I'm on my second pack of these. I've been using them for about 3 to 4 weeks. I perceive a real improvement in my good days. They do make me feel slightly wired, but that could be down to irregular sleeping patterns, fluctuating temperatures, and my adhd. I can think more clearly for longer, and I'm making better choices which are adding up to proper gains. I'm plant based for allergy, and asthma reasons, and as such was keen to find something that didn't rock the metabolic or hormone boat. These are very good, and if the doctor had prescribed them to me, I'd be reporting positives. For what they are, they're worth the money. Update. I'm on my third pack of these. Almost coming up to my period, normally I'm a miserable, bloated, unhappy wreck. I feel decent. I'm 37. I've struggled with inattentive adhd all my life. I'm doing better now that I thought possible.
