Have anybody use this for home purposes, like routing cables behind drywalls? I wonder if it works as good as on bikes.

I suppose it's possible but bike frames are are so much narrower that it might be difficult to route this accurately between two studs that are 16" on center.

will this work for integrated road bars?

Should work for all internal cable routing. DI2 wires or regular cables.

Cannondale supersix evo frame- Di2 setup. Does this do the job for routing rear derailleur cable to junction box over installed bottom bracket / crank

I don’t have specific experience with the Supersix Evo, but this tool should help. You connect your Di2 wire to the magnetic pull wire and then use the super strong magnet on the outside of the frame to lead the pull wire through. There’s a great video on the Park tool website. I used it to wire a TT frame.

How does this compare to the Jagwire internal routing tool?

I have not used the jagwire tool. But the park tool is an excellent product. It will handle pretty much any cable routing situation, whether traditional cable or Di2. And it has its own pulling cables where the jagwire does not. You have to provide your own pulling cables.
