These are okay, but not as good as Depends brand. They sag when full and therefore leak. They don't seem to have as much capacity as Depends Max either. I'm sure these will work fine for someone with light incontinence, but having just undergone a radical prostatectomy, I have almost no control over my bladder at the moment, and these, although maybe okay for 2 hours, aren't the best. Comfort is fine and not bulky. Didn't have any problems with fit.
