Perfect fit!

This exactly what I was looking for. It is well built and does the job. However, I found that if you are going to use it at full length (I have a projector screen that uses every inch of the tube) it tends to bow at the joint and I had it come apart once. As I have no need to collapse it, i glued it together with some Testors model glue. That did the trick. I applied the glue to several points in the joint and let it setup for a few hours, problem solved. I would buy another one if I had the need.

I needed a carrying tube to transport high-end new product pictures/drawings. Travelling by car, plane, and train. The design is well thought out and works well. The telescopic feature is great allowing one to transport different sizes of items in it. The shoulder strap is also adjustable. It is a great value and priced very reasonable. Being a new product creator there is only one flaw with it. On two occasions I have had trouble getting multiple documents out of the tube after they have expanded during travel.. Simple remedy; I cut the strap's stitching at the cap end. Pulled strap from this end. This allows one to pull both tube sections completely apart, making it very easier to remove rolled up items that expand. I then put pieces back together ran strap back through its normal loop and tied it with a double half hitch knot. I would recommend to manufacture to add a snap or like on this end. Then add this feature to it's list! With the strap not sewn on one end and replaced with a quick release mechanism, this would be 10 star product.

If you're buying this to protect a nautical chart, don't bother. It's very flimsy. If a newborn infant accidentally rolled over it would flatten it. I don't see how this case could protect it from any impacts. I'm sure it would protect against dust. It would not hold up traveling. The plastic is very thin. I wouldn't recommend it to protect anything you wouldn't want wrinkled or creased.

Works pretty well as a fishing rod holder need to tape the adjustable length so it won’t move.

The expanding function is super helpful as I didnt know exact size of posters I would be storing. It is a little hard to change the size once things are inside, for reference.

Plastic is flimsy. The locking mechanism wouldn't stay locked. While walking through the airport, the tube came apart in no less than 5 occasions. Very frustrating

This protective tube is perfect. I love the colour, the quality of the finish and construction, and the fact that it extends to accommodate documents of different sizes. It is exactly the product I was looking for. I recommend it 100%. For the price, you cannot go wrong. Go for it!

Purchased this for my brother. He needed something to carry his fishing rods in when traveling. This worked perfectly!! It fit in his large suitcase, didn't take up a whole lot of room, and kept everything contained and together. Highly recommend for those fishing travelers. ;)
