This Bluetooth adapter works well as long as you don't need very long reach. It's 5.1 Bluetooth, unlike many others on the market. This Bluetooth works best if you connect it to like a laptop and have it on your lap or if your computer sits right next to the device that you are connecting to the adapter. I don't have it this close and had big problems with reach. I contacted the seller who provided the best customer support I have seen in a long while. I received a different device that has an antenna which solved the reach issue completely. My suggestion is to grab an adapter that suits your needs. If your pc is right next to the device connecting to the Bluetooth then this adapter will work wonders. If not and you need longer reach then grab their other adapter with antenna ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09NVPTS6J/ ). Overall this is a really good product as long as you pick it based on the distance you need.

This is the 3rd Bluetooth adapter I have purchased for my Pc running windows. I got scammed by 2 other companies on Amazon that explicitly said they work for windows 11 and lied. This one was everything I was looking for , easy set up, plug in and ready to go with no driver installs, good range, no connectivity issues I’ve noticed.

Purchased the ZEXMTE 5.1 Adapter for my laptop , Easy to install . Has a Good Range ,when you walk out of Range you get a message " disconnected , pairing " . And when you walk back into Range you get a message " Connected " and your back to listening to your songs. I have experienced my laptop slow to Start Up at first , I've simply removed the Adapter and restarted my Laptop , then reinserted the Adapter after Start Up , I don't have to remove and reinsert my Adapter every time I Start Up My Laptop . I'm Happy with my Adapters Range and Sound Quality . And the Price .

I ordered my bluetooth dongle for my computer at work to stream music to listen to on my mini bluetooth speaker. I'm absolutely in love with the sound and quality of the speaker and dongle is doing its job. Thanks so much!

Made in China pos Windows installs a generic driver and it works for a while but then it gives you a “driver error” message. You have to open device manager, uninstall the device, remove it from the pc, plug it back in, let windows install it… Next time you start the pc the same error It does come with software on cd but I don’t have a cd driver

Works great. As the headline states, the generic driver that automatically installs when you plug it into a Windows 10 system(I'm running fully updated Windows 10 home version 21H2) doesn't work. Install the driver that comes on the mini-CD provided by the manufacturer.

Sometimes it won't connect marks the item as connected amd it can take a while to get it to connect again

It's tiny, yet powerful. My computer in my office does not have Bluetooth, so I needed to get an adapter so I could use my wireless headphones/ microphone and use my work computer (not my personal laptop) for meetings/ teaching classes at my university. I will be recommending this product to others in my program and in my large shared office, as it will convert our new computers into something much more usable. The price is great, too! Highly recommend!!

che dire appena inserito il cd e la chiavetta in 2 min era pronto per usare e semplice apri la cartella del file apri poi cerca dispositivi in base al genere ,esempio smartphone cuffie e cosi via io ho connesso una tastiera le cuffie e smartphone funziona da dio per 6 euro spedizione lampo davvero soddisfatto

Notice en Anglais uniquement.(heureusement il y a les images !) Installation rapide du pilote et appairage facile avec un casque audio Bluetooth (Phillips SHB5600). Portée 10 de mètres sans coupures (avec les murs) . Quelques coupures si le pc est au rez de chaussée et vous à l'étage !

Laptop, Windows 11. Very easy to install. I have to buy this because of my new keyboard which is supported by 5.1 Bluetooth. I worried about what if this required CD installation, but I guess if the Windows OS is an upper version than 8 then you don't need CD installation. It's perfectly connected to mine.
