When Physical Therapists recommend a product it is a good one. And that’s how I found this ice pack. I was being treated for a tear in my rotator cuff and after PT exercises, the therapists used this exact brand & model ice pack on my shoulder. It works so well I decided to buy one for home and it doesn’t disappoint. It doesn’t freeze hard like a lot of ice packs. This one flexible, so it molds nicely over the shoulder and stays in position without the need to hold it in place. The design provides pain relief from the base of the neck to the ridge of the shoulder socket. They are high quality, stay cold longer then others Ive used, heavy enough you don't have to apply additional pressure it can just rest on you. With its size shape it cover a lot of injuries. Best ice pack I've ever used, it works better then your typical ice pack off the shelf.
