Why do these not stay on my AirPod?

Dear, please take off all parts of the old ear tips and align the buckle on the ear tips to the headphone, press slightly then it will stay on your AirPods Pro very well.

Whats the black piece is called between the AirPod and the skin, I’m missing that piece, and not sure what to look up for a replacement?
