These are the ones you are looking for
I studied carefully at all the options before pulling the trigger on these lights. My big questions when buying LED is are they bright enough and is the white option correct. These lights are perfect in both areas. Very bright and multiple Kelvin options for white, plus nearly infinite options for other colors. The installation instructions are somewhat limited, but they a breeze to put in. They connect directly to your 120v a/c circuit and can be wired in series. You will need a dedicated switch to be in the on position (you have to switch them on and off to put in program mode to activate.). If you don't have an available switch, you can always put a remote switch in the circuit for less than $20. I was so impressed, I bought another set. There is nothing special about buying different quantities, so if you anticipate the need, go for the quantity discount. Very user friendly app and easy interface with Alexa. Very nice product.

Very good stuff!
My whole house has these and work well. Its tedious to connect to the home automation, but once done, it works well. I had one go bad a few months later but the customer service sent me a replacement! That was great. So i got more for the rest of the house too.

Could be great but these are pure trash
I purchased 20+ lights for my kitchen and halways. These lights look fine were easy to install and have a full range of colors. Controling the lights and changing colors with alexa was simple to set up and works well. The problem is the lights wont stay connected to wifi. When they lose connection they flash until you reconnect them with the app. The app doesnโt add the lights in parallel so you have to wait for each light to reconnect through the app. This can take forver for each light to the point the app times out and you restart the process. Iโve had 10+ lights lose connection and take over 15 min to reconnect. The disconnect issue has been sporadic not all the time, it generally happens for me when company is over so we look like lunatics in a siezure inducing strobe house until theyโre reconnected. I would not buy these again. I wish i paid 4x as much for lights that just work.

So far, working great
We have just moved into the house, and wanted to update the lights in the kitchen and family room. We ordered 18 lights, to put in our family room and kitchen. Since we move furniture around and the lights cannot be aimed, we decided to put 12 in the family room, and 4 in the kitchen (in addition to the two drop down lights over the island), and one in the garage (really done, because we had two additional lights, and a wall switch to the garage that was not being used. And the lights are working great. We have not used all of the functions (played with them a little, but they are being used as basicaly lights). We have the 12 lights connected to one wall switch, the four kitchen lights connected to another wall switch, and the garage on its own wall switch. When we turn on all of the lights, it is BRIGHT. For the majority of the time, we have very few lights turned on in the family room, and we do use the light switch to turn them on and off. What is nice is that you can set each individual light for its "Power-on Behavior", which allows you to have the light come on to a default setting, the last setting, or a custom setting. We opted for the custom setting, in the kitchen we have two lights come on 50% and two remain off. For the family room, we have four come on at 25% and the remainder remain off (the remainder we use for reading, or something that requires additional light). We did play around a little with the colors, which are vibrant and clear and there is an option to sync them to music that we played a little with as well, and seems to work pretty smoothly. The app is easy to use, the devices easily connected to the network, and have yet to lose connectivity, even with the actual removing of all power each day, it also controls our electric fireplace, which was nice added touch. When I dig my Alexa out, I will get that configured and Home System configured, and will update the review. One thing to add - I did have to turn off my 5GHz temporarily to get the devices to connect, but that may be more of an issue since I was configuring 12 at the same time, but I have not had an issue with connectivity after the intial connection.

Overall Great lights but CAUTION ONLY USE WITH 2.4 GHz Network.
Overall Great lights! CAUTION ONLY USE WITH 2.4 GHz Network. I was able to have these lights installed by a professional electrician and have had no problems with them for a couple of years. Unfortunately I had to upgrade to a new AT&T modem and the lights immediately stopped responding to my Alexa device. My old modem used 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz signal but the new modem has those plus a 6 GHz signal so it probably is interfering with the 2.4 GHz signal. Pros: - Lots of light settings: Soft White to Daylight and a variety of colors - Reliable lights and they can work with an Alexa Hub Cons: - Have to use the Cloud Bay app rather than connect directly to the Alexa app - Only works with 2.4 GHz networks - Occasionally, individual lights didn't respond to Alexa commands - Can stop working if your modem operates in more than two frequencies Overall: Great versatile lights but not compatible with newer modems, routers and networks working on higher frequencies.

Great product & fantastic CS!
I purchased a 6-pack set to convert the lights in our kitchen over a year ago. These lights have worked flawlessly since then... just recently, one of the lights started flickering & then stopped working. I emailed support & they responded after 24 hours, they are sending a replacement for the one that went bad. That's A+ customer service, CloudBay Lighting rocks!

Great lights, App support is limited and needs help
First of all, lights are relatively easy to install. Gaskets could use an adhesive back to attach to the light for a better seal and ease of installation. Second, the trim ring could be a little wider to accomodate difficult installations (hole saw movement) you need to be VERY precise. Which is hard in older aluminum or plastic soffit. Brightness is good, colors are pretty good as well. There are several challenges to be aware of with these lights. First major challenge is to ensure a good signal where the box is installed, that is difficult due to the short length of the cable that connects the lights, you can buy extensions, but they are not cheap, and you need to buy one when you find it to test the connectors. This will help you locate the box in a spot where it gets great signal. I ended up putting an access point in my attic. still signal is a challenge because the wifi is mounted in a metal housing, which reduces the connectivity radius. Second challenge is the app itself. Connecting the devices, naming and grouping is not as easy as you would suspect, ESPECIALLY when you have multiple lights on the same switch. I have 11 lights in front, and 11 in back. Getting them all to connect and stay connected took a lot of patience. namely because of the connectivity issues from being housed in metal, and then trying to figure out which light is being paired when naming. I think I renamed my lights three or four times. Second issue is that you can only add a light to one group only. Which isn't horrible, but the issue is, if you wanted to try to do something cool with the lights (like alternate colors every other light) for holidays or parties etc, you just can't do it. The third and last challenge is support, not that support doesn't respond, it is limited and you can tell there is a language barrier for use of english. Understandable, just remember to be clear and direct in your questions. The support seems to be a one person show. I have emailed a few times, and the response was brief and very direct. Overall, if these lights had longer leads and better app functionality and support they would be a 5 star item, especially at the price they are. We should all email and ask for multiple grouping options, better holiday support, chasing light and alternating light support etc. It might have them add these enhancements.

These are great, you get what you pay for.
These are the perfect lights. After 3 different purchases of lights these provided the best lighting. The others would only light up bright in the middle and fade out towards the edges. Also these do not require a hub which the previous light company didn't care to mention on the sponsored website. Also another company had you use their app only which i could not get to work. The best part.. I have other lights and I run them all off of one app, Geena, which works great, Cloudy Bay offers an app to use but the lifts are definitely not required to be on that one specific app. They work great! They do cost a little bit more than others but you get what you pay for in this case
