The box says 10 wraps, but the description says 9 wraps. Which is it?

Looks like the box for BACK wraps contains 10 and the box for NECK wraps contains 9.

Can this be worn while asleep?

Yes, but should be worn over pj's as it might burn the skin. There is a warning on the package. User in this household does regularly, but each person is different.

I'd like to know how far from now is the expiration date?

I purchased these on 5/19 and the expiration date is 10/21. But I pay little attention to expiration dates, I have used them WAY out of date with complete success.
