Would a medium crate be big enough for an adult worker cocker spaniel ?

If the crate is only to transport it’s ok as long as he/ she can turn around lie flat and stand easily but if it’s for the home as a den and a place to be safe while you are out No I would think a working cocker likes to be alert and move around Do yr measuring and go up if it’s tight

Does this crate have an internal divider to move as puppy grows?

Can you change the side of door and move it to the opposite side ?

no I don't think that you can, if you did the door might not fit securely, Im not an expert but you could contact the seller for more advice. otherwise unless change is needed, I'm inclined to leave well alone, if you change it and it doesn't work you can't claim a refund
