I had to try them because I was suffering from inflammation in my knee so much so that I could not run and could not do squats which was a bummer for me. I can attest to the same thing as her. In as little as 4-5 days , I noticed the inflammation in my knee had totally subsided!!! My knee looks normal again and there is no pain. Lastly, I am running again and can actually do squats with no limitations and no pain! I would say give them a try.
