This cocoa powder tastes amazing. It has a rich, dark, chocolately taste that's perfect for making desserts. I tried many quality brands and something wasn't sitting right with this one esp the taste, I dont know if its dutch processing reaps off the flavours and minerals, antioxidants so instead of it being a superfood, its just another low quality baking cocoa without preservative, thats all
