It helped with bloating, gas and IBS symptoms after a week of slowly introducing it. I will likely reorder in the future. Been using this for 1 year plus, it’s help with my digestion after eating greasy foods. A little bit on the expensive side but it’s worth it.

I’ve used many enzymes and while some work better than others, none of them have made me violently ill like these. The first time I tried them I took two before breakfast. Within an hour I was feeling very nauseous, dizzy, and had a migraine. I have histamine intolerance and thought that maybe something had triggered a histamine reaction that I had eaten, though I didn’t eat anything that I wouldn’t normally eat. I took my histamine medication, and the symptoms still didn’t subside. Eventually I vomited everything out of my stomach, which is a rare occurrence for me. I chalked it up to some sort of new reaction for me and didn’t think much of it. A couple days passed, and I decided to give these enzymes another go. Took two before breakfast again, had a light breakfast of two scrambled eggs and a slice of toast and within an hour, same symptoms. Nausea, dizziness, palpitations, extreme heartburn, and a migraine headache. At this point I connected the dots and realized it was the enzymes. Again, it ended with me violently emptying my stomach contents into the toilet. Here I am, two hours after vomiting and my stomach is still in knots and I still have a migraine. Tried to request a return through Amazon, and was denied. So, I’m now going to chuck $70 into the trash can, but at least I won’t be vomiting my guts out anymore. These have been the absolute WORST enzymes I’ve ever used and I hope this review helps others from suffering in the same manner that I did.
