Luma Nutrition Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM capsules have provided pain relief for my knees after two months use. At age 75 it feels good to sit, stand and walk with ease. Glad to have added this product to my daily regiment. Although the capsules are large, I find them easy to take as recommended three per day. The product is a good value and I appreciate that it is American made.

Great product. Really helps.

I take daily, legs feel much better. No stomach issue.

Only complaint so far is that I have to take 3 capsules daily.

I have had shoulder pain for more years than I have been able to keep track of. I have done physical therapy, massage therapy, Epsom salt baths, ice packs, heat packs... you name it I've done it. This has been the only thing that has relieved my pain almost completely. I just started month two of daily consumption and I am still amazed at how well these work. I am so grateful to have found them!

This is strangely working really fast! First week, and I am feeling better already.

Constant pain is mainly in my wrists, elbows, knees and ankles. I was hoping that this would cut the pain level in half. At best, it may have reduced it by 5% and that is being kind. I'm glad that it works for other people, but its not the answer for me.
