Easy to assemble. I wasn't sure how it would look from the description, but I love it. I opted to put some sand inside the leg to increase the stability. Overall I'm very happy. A well made good looking stand for a reasonable price.

First of all does not feel sturdy after the assembly. There is a little bit wobble. Leather look coating on the stand feet is so light, flimsy and cheap. It could easily tear. Wood components are ok, but does not feel strong after assembly. Now if you plan to use it for surround channels, please do not buy as height is not sufficient, you need minimum 30 inches height. For $100 which I paid, you get what you paid for. I will recommend a metal stand with some weight and 30 inches height ( or height adjustable one ) from a good brand. I will not recommend this to a friend unless manufacturer makes one with enough height and makes connections stronger and use a little bit durable artificial leather coatings on the stand feet.

The stand does the job for sure but It wobbles a bit. I picked this stand because the top plate is bigger than other stands. If you take off the spongy rubber feet its less wobbly but I would have rather had spikes. I think its the wood flexing. I filled it with sand and its more stable but still flexes a bit. Also the fake wood Walnut doesn't look anything like walnut, but some sort of dark brown swirl look. It looks cheap up close but really what can you expect for the price. One of the wood screws it came with had a large piece of flashing on the head and I had to snap it off with a vise-grip to get it to fit in the wood plate hole. The plastic bag that covers the centre column I re-purposed as a bag I pushed into the hollow post and filled with sand. I used the tie straps provided instead to zip up the bad full of sand. If I can live with the looks I will keep them for my lovely JBL 4309 speakers. Still good value for the money but not so pretty up close.
