There is a link to the instruction manual and it states the maximum height is 5" and it has a 300 pound weight limit.

Hello, It is not listed for use underwater. so you way have to watch for any water that might get in it. Please note that it will be tough to stand on underwater also since it is filled with air. Best regards.

Just received my disk. When I pump air into it not much happens. Is it supposed to be mostly deflated when you use it? Too bad there is no information

I just got mine and same thing here. Very frustrating to know the pump is defective (obviously because of others that mention this in their review). I don't have another hand pump, and I'm not going to use it for standing on. I'm using it in a chair as per my chiropractor's instructions, so I need more air in it. Now I will have to invest more money in buying a hand pump that will hopefully inflate it more. Otherwise, there might be a defect in the hole. If I can return it, I will.

How do you pump this thing?!

Very carefully!! Place pin only half way and when pumping air be very careful not to push pin into the other side of the disc. If pumped carefully, the disc will fill with air.
