battery life is great fits perfectly sound quality is great for me, but I listen to podcasts mostly so take that with a grain of salt. ANC is good had some connection issues every now and then but nothing major. all in all excellent product

I have been using many earbuds from past 4-5 years but Jabra Elite 4 active just killing it in all the areas. The device is not connecting to the app. I hear a lot of noise while using it for phone calls. While the noise cancelation looks better while listing to YouTube.

i try use only one earbud the right one .mono mood after that the left earbus stop play music only i can use for active or stop Anc ..i try reset many times but is still work mono the music only from one ear .please help
