We use this because of the Hydroxyapatite, which is a safe alternative to Fluoride for strengthening teeth and repairing enamel (which fluoride does not do). Pros This truly does remove sensitivity from areas where you might have a cavity starting or gums receding. It whitens and cleans just as well as a commercial brand Taste is great - not too strong Feels good in the mouth con we wish they used xylitol to sweeten rather than sorbitol or sodium saccharin. I'm not sure if these are bad for you, but I know xylitol is good for the mouth.

Use it for a few years now and absolutely love it.It made a huge difference in the health of my teeth and gums. Fluoride free ,but no cavities for 3 years.

This toothpaste truly removes tartar, plaque & stains amazingly well. Painful tooth stopped being painful. Bleeding gums? Fixed. Amazing. Well worth the price & you don't need to use much. Just a pea-sized amount.

Love this stuff. Works great for sensitive teeth. It is a bit pricey but I have not found any other brand of this type of toothpaste that works as well.

I love this toothpaste, the evening repair truly works and I wake with a clean mouth feeling. The hydroxyapatite is fantastic and I’m so glad it’s now available in the US, despite the lack of availability at brick and mortar retailers. Even my dentist is impressed with this brand and the value on Amazon.

For 30 years of my life, I had horrible teeth. My first cavity was at 5yo, had a root canal at 20yo, EVERY trip to the dentist revealed a new cavity, etc. You get the idea. I was basically a dentist's dream because I always racked up such a big bill on my visits. Five years ago, I switched from fluoride toothpaste (which I've been using all my life) to BioRepair. Nothing else changed in my regimen - I still flossed and used an electric toothbrush as usual. Ever since I started with this toothpaste, though, I've not had a SINGLE cavity. 5 years of being cavity-free!! You know how insane that is for someone who used to be told that there was a new cavity at every 6 month check up at the dentist?! Since starting on this, my dentists have always been very happy with the state of my teeth at every check up. On my most recent one, the dentist said I could switch to doing a check up once a year instead of twice a year because I'm now considered a low-risk patient. I would've never imagined that to be possible. This stuff works and has been transformative.
