THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT AND VERY GOOD FOR DR.DAVIS'S YOGURT MAKING PRODUCT, REALLY HELPS MY INSOMNIA, AND GUT HEALTH! I ALSO USE DR. DAVIS'S REUTERI PACKET'S MAKE EACH SEPARATE SO TEMP'S CAN BE 109° FOR GASSERI AND 99° FOR REUTERI, MY STOMACH HAS BEEN HEALED AND STAYS THAT WAY AS LONG AS I MAKE AND USE THESE HOME MADE YOGURT'S.

Great product. I use it to make coconut yogurt.

Works great for yogurt making.
Did as it should. Make sure jars are cleaned and rinsed good if making yogurt. Preferably washed and rinsed by hand and dried with paper towels. Works good for me. I also put my jars (without lids) and metal utensils in the oven at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes or so before making yogurt. Let everything cool off though before proceeding. For my first batch I used two tablets and two tablespoons of inulin powder and one quart lactose free half and half. For each next batch I use about 50 ML of previously made yogurt and the same two tbsp inulin powder and one quart lactose free half and half. Also make sure no fans or air is blowing while mixing and pouring all the ingredients and containers are open.

Necessary ingredient in SIBO yogurt
I use this as an ingredient in a dairy culture by Dr. William Davis with other probiotics. I've only just begun to consume the product and already noticed that I no longer crave sweets. No side effects at all. Since I'm only using the content of the capsules, taking pills isn't an issue (for those who don't like to swallow pills).

It's Legit!
This stuff is legit! I use the capsules to culture dairy Dr. Davis-style: 36 hours at 98-99 degrees (I do 37 hours from capsules; 36 hours from a starter). Makes great LG Superfood!

Use in my yogurt
I open the caps and use in my Super Gut yogurt. Makes a nice thick yogurt fermented at 100* for 36 hrs with L. reuteri.

Too expensive but seems to be working.
Update I was able to make yogurt out of these with no problem. I'm still noticing a drop in my blood glucose just about 20 points but every point counts. I know research says it can help with weight too but so far I haven't lost any weight, I've actually gained 2 lbs....bummer, but still very happy with the blood glucose reduction. Original review. I was taking this a bit over a year ago, no changes. Life interrupted I got off my yogurt kick. A bit over a year later I decided to use up the bottle, and my blood sugar dropped. I have no idea why I got a change now, but I did, and I'm so happy. I'm just checking to see how it does for yogurt tonight. I hope the yogurt comes out, because these are way to expensive.
