Actually I just got these and have used them for 3 days hoping it will be the magic pill that helps me. It is a very small round pill that is very easy to swollow and time will tell if it helps. I plan on using it daily and hopefully my muscles will feel better.

These work really well on training days especially, you don't taste them and they don't make you bloated, just do what they say.

I like that it's a no sugar alternative to nuun tablets.

Had heat stroke a couple weeks ago working out in 100F heat. Started taking 2 capsules before workout with water, followed by 1 capsule during workout. Improved my water retention and hydration, so it seemed.
