All distilled water companies recommend this because once you open the water container multiple times contaminants can enter and remove the purification of the distilled water. Bottled water that has been continuously refrigerated will keep at best quality for about 4 to 6 days after opening.

What’s the pH of this water?

Bay-Bay Water is neutral with a pH of 7, but once the bottle is opened it absorbs carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, it can slightly become a pH of 6 once opened. We do not add any chemicals like Soda ash (sodium carbonate) and sodium hydroxide to raise the pH of the water to near neutral. We prefer to leave it as nature intends it to be.
