A little pricing but totally worth it. Works amazing. It was everything my son wanted for his birthday.

I received my valve index vr about beginning of January and it didn't work, I returned it and they received it and said it would refund by January 17 but on the 17th it got delayed to the 27th. Today is the 27 and now it's delayed to the 2nd. I haven't received any emails or notifications. Seems like they are trying to keep my money for an item that was defective and no longer have. Terrible company to work with and terrible product.

I got this headset for around 500$ and its basically like new, no issues, nothing broken , and was working right out of the box! and honestly it really did feel like new

Product was fine just think there was an issue with transport the wire was broken off the side looked as though it was previously glued onto the headset before but came off again during transit but still works perfectly. Just found the device at a cheaper price so sent it back.

Product came in factory/sealed packaging with no signs of tampering/damage. Minus the increased price due to shortages (thanks Valve) this wasn’t a horrible purchase. My feelings are you either wait an indefinite amount of time and save a few hundred dollars, or pay the surcharge to have it in a day or two. I opted for the latter. You are paying for convenience/time.
