Fantastic product helped no end with healing a bad burn on my hand, stopped it drying out, always have some at home Also used on my cat that had an allergic reaction to something and scratched her neck too much, used these to prevent it drying out and allow to heal which it did perfectly., Individually wrapped sterile

There's not much to say about paraffin dressings, but yes good product, good price, plenty of expiry time. Great for people who know how to manage wounds at home. The absorbency and adhesion rating is nonsense, this is a dressing to keep moisture in and prevent adhesion (for example layered, for burns). I rated 5 stars because it's a silly metric for this dressing because zero stars is the best rating. I suggest considering them ratings for "non adherence" and "moisture retentive".

Great for managing an open would to promote healing. Would recommend.

These are brilliant for ensuring the wound does not stick to the dressing when removed for changing. Prior to discovering these, no matter how delicate I was the newly formed skin or wound exudate would often come off with the dressing. Since using these the wound has healed significantly faster. It’s easy to use more than one on a dressing for a larger wound, or cut them down to size for smaller. Love them!

Perfect for the use I required.

High quality product that does its job perfectly! Easy to cut to size and place on wound. Taking it off is easy and painless, no sticking to the wound at all. I had a large wound on the top of my big toe and then one further down the side of my foot, I’d ran out of the dressings that I got from the hospital so ordered these and they’re amazing. With the wound being in an awkward place I was worried this wouldn’t stay in place, but it did, at times my top dressing would come off and this dressing would still be right where it should be. Happy to have these in my first aid box now!

Great dressing my mum used this years ago but as someone else said can't buy it now in a chemist.
